Product Overview

CM Aquatechnik supplies compact reverse osmosis units from 100 L/h to 5 m³/h for laboratories, commercial kitchens, small food processing facilities, clinics, and residential developments. Each unit is pre-assembled on a stainless steel wall-mount or floor-stand frame, with automatic operation, TDS display, low-pressure cut-off, and optional permeate storage tank.

Frequently asked questions

What size of RO unit do I need?

Our compact units cover permeate flows from 100 L/h to 5 m³/h, and the right size depends on your daily water consumption and peak demand. Where demand fluctuates, an optional permeate storage tank buffers the peaks, so a smaller unit running for longer can often meet the requirement.

What feed water can a small RO system treat?

The units are designed for mains water and brackish water with up to 5,000 mg/L TDS, and they typically produce permeate below 50 mg/L TDS at 50–75% recovery. Standard pre-treatment comprises a 5 µm cartridge filter and antiscalant dosing; where the feed contains chlorine, high iron or high hardness, additional pre-treatment such as activated carbon filtration or softening may be required to protect the membranes.

How much maintenance does a compact RO unit need?

Operation is fully automatic, and an auto-flush programme helps to extend membrane life while the TDS/conductivity display shows water quality in real time. Routine maintenance is usually limited to an annual change of the pre-filter cartridge and membrane, depending on feed water quality.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please send us the required permeate flow or daily consumption, a feed water analysis (TDS, hardness, iron and chlorine), the available feed pressure, the required permeate quality and intended use, your preferred wall-mount or floor-stand installation, and whether a storage tank or UV post-treatment is needed. Send us your requirements and we will prepare a proposal within 48 hours.
