Product Overview
CM Aquatechnik designs, builds, and supplies motor control centres (MCC), main power distribution boards, instrument junction boxes, and custom PLC/SCADA control panels to IEC standards for water and wastewater treatment plants. Panels are built using ABB, Schneider Electric, or Siemens components, and are factory acceptance tested (FAT) before dispatch.
Automation scope includes Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLC programming, WinCC or Ignition SCADA development, HMI touchscreen panels, variable frequency drives (VFD), and remote I/O for distributed control. Full As-Built documentation, loop test certificates, and O&M manuals are provided.

Which standards are your panels built to?
Panels are designed and built to IEC standards, with motor control centres type-tested to IEC 61439-2 and short-circuit ratings of up to 65 kA. Enclosures are supplied to IP54 for indoor and IP65 for outdoor installation, and ATEX Zone 2 versions are available for hazardous areas.
Which PLC and SCADA platforms do you work with?
Our standard platform is Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500, programmed in TIA Portal with a structured function block design, and Allen-Bradley is available as a custom option. SCADA systems are developed in Siemens WinCC or Ignition and connected via Modbus TCP, OPC-UA and PROFINET.
How are the panels tested and documented?
Every panel undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before dispatch, which customers are welcome to witness. The documentation package includes as-built drawings, I/O schedules, wiring diagrams, loop test certificates, O&M manuals and the software code.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the panel types required, a list of motors and drives with their ratings, the I/O list or P&ID, the supply voltage and prospective short-circuit current, the installation environment (indoor or outdoor, ATEX zone if applicable), preferred component brands and PLC/SCADA platform, and the documentation required.
